I am seeking a results-driven, high-performing Dental Implant Coordinator

Job description and Responsibilities:

· Meeting with potential patients to discuss a multitude of dental treatment procedures and techniques

· Assisting potential patients in the decision-making process

· Entering a complete Treatment plan while in the dental treatment consultation with the patient and dentist

· Schedule procedures for the patient and coordinate with the dental lab and dentist schedule

· Ensure all medical clearance for treatment procedure is received prior to the patients scheduled procedure date

· Organize, market and host monthly Dental Treatment Educational Seminars for patients

· Develop and maintain relationships with potential and current treatment patients, ensuring a smooth transition between consultation and treatment

· Assist the patient in applying for financing

· Maintaining records of completed transactions and patients

· Manage follow up process by reaching out to potential patients who have already expressed an interest in dental treatments to help educate them on the process, identify where they are in their decision-making process, and/or follow up on patients who may have delayed treatment

· Answer inbound phone calls from potential dental treatment patients · Answer inbound online chats (Facebook, website. Etc.) from potential treatment patients

· Make outbound calls to potential treatment patients gathered from SEO and other online lead generation methods (warm calling)

· Schedule and manage all dental treatment consultations

· Operate advanced imaging machinery such as a CBCT

· Assist with the dental treatment plan marketing and overall branding of the practice · Occasional travel for training purposes may be required

-Track marketing results and referral sources

-Collect patient testimonials and provide them to the Marketing dept.

-Be a team player and assist front desk if needed

- Input patients insurance information

- Job duties may evolve depending on the needs of the practice
