Shift Type: Day 5x8-Hour
Shift Timing: 08:00 AM - 04:30 PM (Start time varies between 6:30 AM - 8:30 AM based on patient volume)
Job Description
Start Date: ASAP
First-Time Traveler: Yes
Years of Experience Required: 1 year
Weekend Requirements: Must work weekend shifts from 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM on a rotating basis.
California state license: Preferred; pending licenses accepted.
Request Time Off (RTO) Restrictions: No more than 7 days.

- Charting System Experience: Preferred (Epic)
- Experience in Adult Acute Care and Adult Outpatient settings is beneficial.
- Travel Experience: Not required
- Certifications: ARRT (T) and state license required
Special Procedures and Equipment
- Special Procedures: Stereotactic Radiosurgery (SRS), Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT)
- Special Equipment: Toshiba gmCT Simulator
Travel Compliance Information
Staffing and Scheduling: Flexibility may be required to float between nearby facilities. Refusal to float may result in termination of the assignment.
Orientation: Completion of modules is mandatory prior to start and during orientation.
References
Two references covering 1 year (6 months for CNAs) are required during the compliance process and prior to start.
