Our nurses travel throughout Allegheny County to deliver care where it matters most—in the community, in homes, and in the hearts of those we serve.You'll serve older adults throughout Allegheny County, providing care at our Day Health Centers and in Participants' homes, community spaces, or local healthcare facilities—wherever support is needed most.RequirementsWhat You'll NeedActive PA Registered Nurse licenseMinimum one year of experience working with older adults or medically complex individualsCPR certificationValid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and auto insuranceThis is more than a nursing job.
