We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Crew Member to join our growing team! As a key contributor, you will deliver exceptional customer service, collaborate closely with your teammates, and maintain a clean, organized, and high-energy store environment. Location Requirement: Candidates are hired for our NYC region and must have full flexibility to work at any of our 14 store locations across Manhattan and Brooklyn . Please note that store assignments are made strictly based on operational and business needs rather than residential proximity. Core Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Requires the ability to converse comfortably in English to ensure customer safety regarding dietary restrictions and to provide excellent guest service.
- Daily Operations: Complete daily tasks, including opening and closing duties, operating equipment (blenders, POS systems), and maintaining strict store cleanliness.
- Guest Experience: Engage customers by educating them on our products, answering questions, and making menu suggestions.
- Full-Time Commitment: This is a year-round, full-time role requiring 30+ hours weekly (no seasonal/temporary applicants, please). You must have the flexibility to work a rotating schedule of opening, mid, and closing shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Experience: 1 - 3 years of previous food service experience.
- Travel & Shift Flexibility: Requires reliable transportation and the ability to work across various locations in Manhattan and Brooklyn. You must be able to commute for early opening shifts (starting at 6:30 AM) and late closing shifts (ending at 12:30 AM), and be able to work at any of our locations located throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn.
- Physical Demands: To successfully perform the essential functions of this role, candidates must be able to lift at least 25 pounds, bend, reach, pull, walk up and down stairs, work safely and comfortably in tight kitchen spaces shared with other team members, and stand for prolonged periods (with or without reasonable accommodation).
- Age Requirement: Must be 18 years of age or older due to late-night closing shifts (12:30 AM) and New York State labor law restrictions.
