Schedule: Monday–Friday, generally 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM , with flexible scheduling based on business needs. Join the Advance Services Team! Advance Services is looking for an energetic, customer‑focused Onsite Coordinator to support one of our valued clients in Soledad, CA. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and creating a positive experience for employees every day. What You'll Do Be the primary onsite contact for employees and the client. Support employees with questions about schedules, timekeeping, attendance, and pay. Monitor attendance and communicate staffing needs with the client and local office. Help with onboarding, recruiting, and new hire orientation as needed. Promote workplace safety and ensure PPE compliance. Build positive relationships while providing outstanding customer service.
