For over 30 years, we have been one of Atlanta’s top locally owned landscape companies, providing high-quality landscape maintenance services to HOAs, senior living communities, corporate campuses, and commercial properties throughout Metro Atlanta. We are looking for an experienced Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader who enjoys leading a team, maintaining beautiful properties, and growing their career with a strong company. What You’ll Do Lead and train a landscape maintenance crew Maintain commercial properties with high-quality standards Operate mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscape equipment Inspect properties to ensure work is completed safely and on schedule Drive company vehicles and properly maintain equipment Communicate daily updates with Operations Managers Complete timesheets, inspections, and daily reports What You Need 4+ years of landscape maintenance experience Experience leading a crew or supervising team members Knowledge of mowing, pruning, edging, mulching, and plant care Experience using 2-cycle equipment (chainsaw, brush cutter, shears) Valid driver’s license (21+ required); Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) will be completed Ability to work outdoors and lift up to 50 lbs Medical Insurance (HDHP & PPO) Dental and Vision Insurance 401(k) with Company Match PTO and Paid Holidays Life and Disability Insurance Ready to lead a team and grow your career?
