Paramount Senior Living is hiring a personal care aide for our full-time first-shift team.

As a personal care aide, you will help residents with daily tasks and personal care. You will work with a team that takes pride in providing quality care and support.

What You'll Do

• Help residents with daily care and personal needs
• Assist with meals, activities, and daily routines
• Help keep residents safe and comfortable
• Follow care plans and work instructions
• Work closely with nurses and other team members
• Report changes in a resident's health or behavior
• Complete other assigned duties

What You'll Need

• Direct Care Aide (DCA) Certification required
• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 18 years of age
• Valid driver's license
• CPR and first aid certification are preferred, but not required
