As an Entry-Level Body Shop Technician, you'll work alongside experienced technicians while learning the skills needed to repair and restore vehicles to Ricart's high standards. What We Need From You- Job Duties and Requirements: Assist experienced Body Shop Technicians with vehicle repairs and refinishing Perform basic disassembly and reassembly of vehicle components Assist with preparing vehicles for repair, including sanding, buffing, masking, and cleaning Learn and follow proper repair procedures and manufacturer guidelines Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Use hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment safely and properly Inspect vehicles and parts for damage or defects Assist with moving and positioning vehicles throughout the Body Shop Follow all company safety policies and procedures Work closely with team members to ensure repairs are completed accurately and efficiently Additional job responsibilities as seen necessary by the supervisor Essential Job Functions: Must have a valid driver's license and meet company motor vehicle report standards High school education or equivalent preferred Previous automotive, mechanical, or hands-on experience is a plus, but not required Must be mechanically inclined and interested in learning automotive repair Ability to follow instructions and learn new processes Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must be dependable and have a strong work ethic Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform physical work throughout the day Ability to lift and move automotive parts and equipment as needed Must be willing to learn and grow within the Body Shop Ricart Automotive is an equal opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr Ricart Automotive
