The Client Service Manager (CSM) is responsible for managing quality care, customer service, employee performance, and overall customer satisfaction for our valued clients.

Seeking a self-motivated professional with prior scheduling and management or supervisory experience. Customer Service Managers play a key role in providing individualized care that suits the needs of each client in the comfort of their homes. Responsibilities include, but not limited to: overseeing quality care and overall client satisfaction; supervising and providing guidance to the Caregivers who provide direct care to the clients served; managing employee scheduling, identifying problem situations, and implementing proactive solutions; maintaining strong and positive relationships with referral partners, payor sources, and clients; ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping; conducting periodic home visits and safety checks.

Associate or bachelor's degree in business, Nursing, Social Services, or related field of study preferred (per regulatory requirements). Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgement. Valid driver's license and auto insurance. Effective verbal and written communication. Excellent customer service skills.
