Location: Palmdale, California
About the Position
Our client is seeking CDL A drivers to support regional and over-the-road operations based in Palmdale. This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, no-touch freight, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.
Pay & Schedule Details
- Activity-based pay with earning potential of up to $100,000 per year
- Equivalent mileage pay of $0.55–$0.65 per mile
- Approximately 2,000–3,000 paid miles per week
- Average daily pay of $216, including PTO, training, and qualifying events
- 40 hours per week
- Home weekly: approximately 5 days on the road and 2 days home
- Anticipated start date: May 11, 2026
- Short-term flexible employment opportunity
Job Details

Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a CDL A tractor-trailer on regional and OTR routes
- Transport grocery freight to assigned delivery locations
- Operate sleeper equipment and refrigerated trailers
- Complete routes and deliveries according to schedule
- Follow all applicable safety, transportation, and operating procedures
Minimum Requirements
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License
- 1+ year of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record, with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years
- Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
