We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Oracle HCM Consultant to support Oracle HCM Cloud implementation, configuration, testing and business process optimization.
You will work with HR, Payroll, IT and business teams to support Oracle HCM solutions and improve HR operations.

Assist with Oracle HCM Cloud implementation and configuration activities.

Gather and document HR business and functional requirements.

Support Oracle HCM modules, workflows and business processes.

Assist with data migration, validation and reconciliation.

Participate in system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Troubleshoot Oracle HCM functional issues and support end users.

Support Oracle HCM Cloud updates, enhancements and deployments.

Create functional documentation, process flows and user guides.

Collaborate with HR, Payroll and IT teams on system improvements.

Support reporting, data analysis and system maintenance.

Assist with end-user training and knowledge transfer.

Maintain data accuracy, security and organizational standards.
