Regulatory Compliance Manager

Job Description Major Responsibilities The Regulatory Compliance Manager is primarily responsible for the determination, effectuation, coordination and completion of Meaningful Use Stage 3 and MIPS compliance for the company – reports directly to the company owner Secondary responsibility is to oversee and coordinate ordinary course internal audit processes, as well as work with the external audit team if/when that arises Qualifications Current RN license; BS in a health related field preferred Clinical Background - 4 years experience Quality Assurance – 2 years experience Experience Must have at least 1 year of prior experience with successful completion of Meaningful Use Stage 3 (preferred) or Modified Stage 2 in a leadership capacity Management in healthcare related field, oversight and coordination of, coordination and response/ follow-up preferred.
