Key Responsibilities\n As a Remote Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your key responsibilities will include: \n \n Conducting thorough assessments and diagnosing emotional and behavioral challenges faced by clients. \n Developing personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients to achieve their therapeutic goals. \n Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to the specific needs of individuals, couples, and families. \n Facilitating sessions focused on enhancing communication, resolving conflict, and guiding clients through trauma and life transitions. \n Collaborating extensively with psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers to ensure integrated and coordinated care. \n Maintaining meticulous clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies. \n Attending regular case consultations and team meetings to discuss client progress and strategies. \n Managing a diverse caseload that aligns with your areas of expertise and interest, ensuring a fulfilling therapeutic experience for both you and your clients. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n Your work will focus primarily on serving individuals, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relational conflict, life transitions, and trauma.
