Care Promoter LPN - Patient-Centered Primary Care
ChenMed
ChenMed LLC is seeking an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support our physician-led care team. You will provide general nursing care under supervision, assist with exams, educate patients and document in medical records.
The role includes phlebotomy, basic lab tests, medication administration and IV therapy per state guidelines, while maintaining safety and compliance across the center. Strong communication and collaboration with physicians, clinicians and staff are essential.
