The Role As a Caregiver at Golden Heart Care Services LLC, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals who require assistance with daily activities. You will provide both physical and emotional support, ensuring that clients feel safe, comfortable, and valued in their homes. Your compassion and dedication will help improve their overall well-being and quality of life. What You'll Do Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Offer companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive and caring environment. Assist with meal preparation and ensure clients receive proper nutrition. Help clients with mobility and transportation to appointments or social activities. Monitor and report any changes in clients' health or behavior to the appropriate personnel. Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients. Adhere to all safety and health regulations while providing care. Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to create and implement care plans. What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a caregiver or in a similar role is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and their families. Ability to provide compassionate and patient‑centered care. Basic understanding of personal care and hygiene practices. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Nice to Have Certification in CPR and First Aid. Experience working with individuals with specific needs, such as dementia or mobility challenges.
