Complete all assigned tasks in a timely, professional manner. Act as an independent thinker, solving problems quickly and professionally. Communicate effectively with management, office personnel, fellow employees, homeowners, suppliers, property managers, and commercial customers. Identify opportunities for additional work and discuss them with customers. Maintain vehicle appearance, organized tools, and a clean‑cut personal presentation. Represent the company positively, striving to exceed customers’ expectations. Qualifications Solid knowledge of multiple trades, including construction, carpentry, tile, and flooring. Ability to determine which tools are needed for specific tasks. Strong problem‑solving skills and quick thinking. Excellent written and verbal communication. Presentable appearance, clean‑cut look, decent vehicle, and organized tools. Self‑motivated, punctual, efficient, and integrity‑driven.
