People Partner Director - Resins & Filtration - Pensacola/Muskegon

Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, seeks a People Partner Director to serve as a strategic HR leader across Pensacola and Muskegon sites. The role focuses on developing people strategies, ensuring governance and compliance, enabling leaders, and leveraging analytics to strengthen organizational culture and performance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with site and business leaders to develop and execute people strategies supporting organizational goals
• Collaborate on organizational design, workforce planning, succession pipelines, and headcount management
• Ensure effective people governance, compliance, and consistent application of policies and practices
• Coach leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management
• Leverage analytics and people insights to identify trends and improve talent outcomes

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree and 10+ years progressive HR leadership experience
• Broad HR generalist expertise across employee relations, compliance, talent, and engagement
• Demonstrated ability to coach leaders on sensitive matters and drive modern HR practices adoption
• Experience leading local HR projects and change initiatives with measurable business impact
• Proficiency using people data and workforce analytics to inform strategic decisions
• Continuous improvement orientation with familiarity of lean principles and structured problem-solving
• Sound judgment, confidentiality, and integrity in complex, matrixed environments

Compensation: $165,000–$200,000 base; eligible for bonus/incentive pay
