Respiratory Therapist And NursesWe are seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Therapist and Nurses to join our Respiratory Therapy Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing respiratory care to residents in a long term care setting, with a focus on geriatrics. This position will be at Alexandria Care Center in Alexandria, IN. Previous ventilator and Tracheostomy experience is a plus, but NOT required. We are happy to train you on site!Responsibilities:Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plansAdminister and documentation of respiratory treatments as prescribed by physiciansMonitor and record vital signs, such as oxygen saturation levels and heart rateEducate patients and their families on respiratory care techniques and disease managementCollaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive resident careRespond to emergency situations and provide basic life support as neededRequirements:Certified RRT, CRT, RCP, RN or LPNCurrent Indiana Respiratory Therapist license preferredKnowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminologyBasic life support certification requiredRespiratory Therapy Students are welcome to apply!Benefits:Competitive salary based on experience and qualificationsComprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insuranceContinuing education opportunities for professional developmentThis position is for a Part Time or PRN position, 12 hour shifts, and rotating weekends.
