Combined with our "Anything is Possible" mindset and our winning culture, our 2,000+ employees agree, we love it here!We are seeking a Forklift Operator I, who is responsible for prepping shipments, loading, and unloading product, and supporting general warehouse operations using warehouse equipment.Key Accountabilities:Operate forklift, hand truck / warehouse carts, pallet jack, and/or other equipment in a professional and safe mannerOrganize and prepare customer orders with a high degree of quality and accuracyTransfer supplies from department to department to meet production or shipping demandProperly store and label all materials and finished productMay prepare billing processes and paperwork for warehouse and drop ship ordersMay be required to record transactions via computer in ERP systemPerform cycle counting as requiredNotify leadership of non-compliant wareResponsible for keeping the warehouse clean and organized to cGMP standardsComply with all ISO standardsSupport company and branch metricsFulfill the employee portion of the Berlin ValuesOther tasks as requiredKnowledge, Skills, Abilities:High school diploma or GED strongly preferred.Prior warehouse and forklift operator experience strongly preferred.Required to take and pass the Company Forklift Certification program, which ensures you will be able to operate a forklift in accordance with Berlin Packaging's safety guidelines.
