Assist with training seasonal employees in the safe, proper, and efficient operation of equipment to which they are assigned. During Off Season (November - May) In the off-season, will be involved in any number of maintenance activities, including machine/freezer repair/overhaul, cleaning, building walkways and work platforms, and assisting in the installation of new processing equipment. What You’ll Bring: A two year certificate from college or technical school; or two to three years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
