Job Description As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed in Savannah, GA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and drivers. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $15.24 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeWed04:00 AM - 01:30 PMThur04:00 AM - 01:30 PMFri04:00 AM - 01:30 PMSat04:00 AM - 11:30 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to drivers, visitors, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location. Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, loading areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and/or policy violations. Monitor access points and verify authorized entry and exit for personnel, visitors, and vehicles in accordance with site requirements. Document daily activities, incidents, and observations accurately and communicate relevant information to site management and Allied Universal leadership. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
