Shift Manager

Responsibilities Lead shifts every week and ensure customers receive fast, accurate and friendly service. Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness. Plan each shift, monitor performance, and take action to meet McDonald’s standards for safety, security, and profitability. Communicate with the next Shift Manager to transfer information and prepare for a smooth transition. Support departments in meeting their goals and achieve shift targets. Oversee food safety, inventory management, daily maintenance and cleanliness, crew scheduling, training, and safety/security. Qualifications Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Energetic and friendly with supervisory experience. Flexible schedule and positive team player. Age 18 or older. Able to work in a fast‑paced McDonald’s environment.
