RN - Organ Recovery Center, PRN, Nights

Role The staff nurse delivers comprehensive nursing care to patients across all age groups, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care. Responsibilities Maintain practice standards, coordinate patient care activities, and ensure quality nursing services within organizational policies. Qualifications Must have a nursing program graduation; a bachelor's degree is preferred. No experience required for new graduates; hospital experience is preferred. Licenses & Certifications Valid Georgia RN license or multistate license, and BLS certification are mandatory. Additional specialty certifications may be required based on unit. Additional Certifications Certifications such as ACLS, PALS, PEARS, or specific to specialty areas like Oncology or Dialysis, are required or preferred depending on the unit.
