Travel Physical Therapist - LTACH - $2,329 per week

Physical Therapist (Travel) Location: Westminster, California. Start date: 06/11/2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Hours: 40 per week (8‑hour shifts). Employment type: Travel. Requirements Doctorate in Physical Therapy or Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy and have passed the NPT. Graduated from an accredited university. Minimum one year of professional experience. Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT, or actively pursuing licensure. Current CPR certification. Other requirements to be determined by the client facility. Responsibilities Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation services, including direct patient care. Evaluate medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations, and potential for rehabilitation. Establish and administer a treatment program with goals tailored to the patient’s capacity and tolerance, under physician direction. Set realistic and achievable goals for patients. Document and record patient condition and progress. Educate patients and families in appropriate physical therapy methods. Develop a plan of care for each patient. Provide skilled physical therapy services/interventions per physician orders. Assess patient needs, plan, evaluate and modify care to meet treatment goals.
