Come and enjoy a great working environment where all staff are made to feel welcome!Responsibilities:Monitors and ensures the overall nursing care to residents in accordance with CMS, State and Company Guidelines.Oversees Clinical policies and procedures in support of these regulations and guidelines and assists in the implementation of such.Follows up on concerns from Residents and Family membersEvaluates, monitors, and manages staffing levels and availability to ensure proper levels of staffing and careImplements and oversees infection control procedures to ensure resident and staff health and safety at all times.Coordinates purchasing of supplies, monitoring budget and validating and coding invoices.Assist in establishing a high quality of resident care; performs daily roundsAssists with the investigations of all incidents, falls, skin, elopements in compliance with policy and proceduresConduct and documents mandatory in-services and orientation for all staffExperience:RN License in the state of OhioMinimum three years' experience preferred
