Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of resident rooms, common areas, and facility spaces
• Perform daily cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces
• Ensure laundry services are completed efficiently and according to community standards
• Follow safety and health regulations to promote a safe environment for residents and staff
• Report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate personnel
• Assist with special cleaning projects as needed to uphold the community’s high standards of cleanliness

Skills and Qualifications:

• Prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning services preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently and efficiently with attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
• Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to providing excellent service
