Description Position at Walnut Creek Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Center Walnut Creek Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation, Walnut Creek CA Registered Nurse, 12 hour night shift need (7:00pm-7:30am) Subacute experience required $50.00 - $57.00 Per Hour DOE - Full Time Job Summary The primary role of the Registered Nurse is to monitor patients, implement treatments, develop patient care plans for long term needs, administer medications, follow up with families and provide the highest quality of care to all patients while staying in compliance with current federal, state guidelines, and company regulations. Qualifications Strong communication, excellent customer service, teamwork and organizational skills. 1-3 years of nursing experience in a SNF, LTC or Hospital preferred but not required. RN degree or graduate of an approved RN Program. Current active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in California. Experience in a subacute unit with Trachs and Vents. This position requires completion of a background check, pre‑employment physical, and drug screening as part of the hiring process.
