Purpose of Position The Owner Account Administrator is responsible for processing the set-up of new and revised Owner accounts for assigned region. The Owner Account Administrator reviews Owner account contracts to ensure sales language and data requirements are defined accurately and align with company guidelines and policies. Tasks And Responsibilities Reviews owner account contracts to ensure sales language and data requirements are defined accurately and align with company guidelines and policies. Collaborates with the Legal and Sales departments to resolve outstanding contractual data and/or language discrepancies. Provides feedback to management and department liaisons regarding contractual and workflow processes to maximize implementation opportunities. Processes account set-up for new and revised owner accounts for assigned region. Creates supporting documents and billing packets in compliance with contractual agreements. Ensures accounts, supporting documents, and billing packets reflect contractual language and data accurately. May be responsible for administering owned and/or leased intercompany contracts (i.e. processing renewals, reductions, lease terminations, etc.). Effectively communicates with customers regarding account inquiries (i.e. contract changes, contractual language, program hours, fee calculations, etc.). Partners with other department liaisons to triage problem resolution. Prepares quality control reports. Responsible for analyzing reports to ensure contractual information transferred accurately. Generates adhoc reports to determine transactional trends and compile monthly metrics. Interacts with the Legal and Sales departments to provide analytical and problem resolution support as it relates to contract discrepancies. Identifies contractual gaps and provides recommendations to appropriate department liaisons. Note It is not possible to list all required job duties on this form. Education Bachelor's in Business Administration or Finance Years Of Experience 2-4 years of experience Core Competencies Service-Oriented Curiosity Collaboration Adaptability Strives For Positive Results Knowledge, Skills, Abilities And Other (KSAOs) Understanding of basic invoicing practices, processes, and procedures Knowledge of financial analysis, invoice statements, basic accounting practices Knowledge of airline charter contract language as it relates to invoice generation and/or accounts receivable is desired Solid verbal and written communication skills needed to interact effectively with both internal and external customers Ability to build and manage professional relationships with external customers Ability to partner with internal department liaisons to recommend and/or implement solutions Proficient in analyzing financial data to provide advice and make recommendations based on discrepancies and trends Efficient in operating personal computer and business software Normal work office environment. Standard work hours (i.e. 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.).
