Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Role: Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) responsible for providing high-quality speech therapy services to residents, supporting their communication and swallowing needs. Responsibilities Include Assessing, diagnosing, and developing personalized treatment plans for residents. Implementing therapy techniques using appropriate materials and equipment. Collaborating effectively with medical staff and other team members. Maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to safety protocols. Documenting progress and adjusting treatment strategies as needed. Complying with relevant licensing, certification, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications And Skills Master's degree in speech pathology or equivalent from an approved program. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC/SLP) from the American Speech/Language/Hearing Association or eligible for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY). Valid state licensure or eligibility. Preferred experience in speech therapy and knowledge of Medicare reimbursement. Professional attitude, strong communication, and administrative skills.
