Maintenance Coordinator

Four Seasons Hotel and Residences New Orleans is seeking candidates to join our dynamic Engineering team as Maintenance Coordinator. The Maintenance Coordinator performs service and repairs on hotel equipment while also handling administrative tasks as required, and responds to inquiries and problems in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons policies. What you will do. Coordinate and follow up with engineers on scheduled Preventative Maintenance tasks. Possess basic knowledge of HVAC systems and assist with routine maintenance as needed. Monitor building temperatures via the BMS (Building Management System) and perform physical temperature checks throughout the facility. Manage and follow up on equipment repairs, including motors, starters, breakers, chillers, and related systems throughout the building. Assist in ordering supplies via Birch.
