Director of Nursing Registered Nurse

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing

• Current RN license in the state of New Jersey

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a nursing leadership role

• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff

• Proven ability to drive quality improvement initiatives and promote a culture of safety and excellence

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective strategies to promote patient safety, quality improvement, and staff development

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing department, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and facility policies

• Lead and manage a team of nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, to deliver exceptional patient care and achieve outstanding clinical outcomes

• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, and apply this knowledge to inform decision-making and drive quality improvement initiatives

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans

• Monitor and analyze clinical data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and implement changes accordingly
