Hematology/Oncology Nurse Practitioner up to $30,000 Sign On Bonus

Overview Eligible for a full‑time, employed Hematology/Oncology Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) position within Danbury, Connecticut. The role follows a Monday‑through‑Friday schedule with predominantly outpatient coverage and includes a sign‑on/retention allowance of up to $30,000. No evenings, weekends, or on‑call duties. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive patient care for hematology and oncology patients in the office and hospital setting. Collaborate with physicians and allied health professionals to coordinate multidisciplinary treatment plans. Order, review, and interpret diagnostic tests, and prescribe appropriate therapies. Participate in continuous medical education, CME opportunities, and departmental meetings. Maintain clear and timely communication with patients and the care team. Qualifications Board‑certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a minimum of two years of Hematology/Oncology clinical experience. State of Connecticut license and an active federal DEA registration. Controlled Substance Registration in Connecticut. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Compensation Salary range $120,000–$160,000 per year, commensurate with experience. The package includes competitive benefits, CME and dues allowances, and a sign‑on/retention bonus (up to $30,000).
