Quantitative Analyst

Seeking a fully remote Quantitative Analyst, this role will focus on data-driven optimization of call center operations to enhance contact rates, conversion, and profitability while analyzing business metrics and developing actionable recommendations. Key responsibilities Analyze operational and financial metrics to identify process deficiencies and opportunities for revenue improvement Create and maintain frameworks for tracking business performance, including metrics, dashboards, and automated reports Author and optimize complex T-SQL code to analyze large volumes of production data and operationalize model outputs Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in quantitative analytics, preferably in a call center environment Advanced skills in T-SQL, data transformations, and proficiency in data visualization tools like PowerBI or Tableau Experience in translating complex business problems into quantitative solutions with knowledge of A/B testing frameworks Strong business acumen in evaluating metrics and identifying operational inefficiencies Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field preferred
