Preconstruction Estimator: Cost Modeling & Feasibility
Build Group
Build Group is seeking a skilled Preconstruction Estimator to analyze plans, specs and documents to prepare accurate cost estimates for retail, restaurant, office and hospitality projects. You will develop early budgets, review drawings for C&S and TI work, and build cost models while collaborating with PMs to ensure budgets and schedules align. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering and 5+ years in commercial estimating, with proficiency in #J-18808-Ljbffr Build Group
