• Flexible 40 hours weekly: Mon-Thu 10-hour shifts or Mon-Fri 8-hour shifts
• 18-21 patients per day average
• Primary care clinic setting
• 3+ years family medicine NP/PA experience required
• Nexplanon certification preferred
• Hospital privileges required
• All ages including pediatrics and geriatrics
