Key Responsibilities Develop and execute organic social media strategies aligned with brand positioning and demand-generation goals Write, edit, and schedule daily social content, ensuring a consistent brand voice across all active channels Analyze social performance metrics using tools like Sprout Social, Hootsuite, and Google Analytics to optimize engagement and reach Collaborate with design and video teams to produce high-performing visual and multimedia assets Monitor social channels for community engagement, industry trends, and brand sentiment Manage the global social content calendar and coordinate cross-functional product launch amplification What We Are Looking For 3-6 years of professional social media management experience within B2B or B2C tech companies Demonstrated expertise using social management and analytics platforms (Sprout Social, Hootsuite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) Strong copywriting skills with the ability to distill technical topics into punchy, audience-appropriate posts Data-driven mindset with a track record of growing organic reach and engagement metrics Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field Bonus: Experience managing paid social budgets or executing influencer marketing campaigns #J-18808-Ljbffr
