Caregiver/Med Tech

**Job Title:** Part-Time Caregiver/Med Tech 

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver/Med Tech to join our team and provide exceptional care to our residents. As a Caregiver/Med Tech, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of individuals under our care while also managing and administering medication in compliance with prescribed healthcare plans.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Assist residents with daily living activities with bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, providing companionship and emotional support.
- Monitor and document residents’ health and behavior and report any significant changes to healthcare professionals.
- Administer prescribed medications to residents, ensuring accurate dosages and timely delivery.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all administered medications and resident interactions.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to plan and evaluate personalized care plans.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure a clean and safe living environment for all residents.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay informed of best practices.

**Qualifications:**

- Certification in caregiving (CNA) or medical technology (Med Tech) is a plus.
- Previous experience in a caregiving or medical technician role is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with residents.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to respond effectively in emergency situations.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards of care.

-$16-$18 per hour depending on experience and certifications.
