Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Fluent English communication required
• Compassionate mindset with a willingness to learn and grow

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Promote a safe and comfortable living environment while encouraging independence and personal choice
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ physical or cognitive condition; accurately document care activities
• Provide additional support for residents with increased care needs, emphasizing compassion, patience, and engagement
