Role Description The Client Advisor – Ladies Shoes in White Plains, NY is a full-time, on-site role located in the New York City Metropolitan Area, focused on delivering personalized luxury experiences in the ladies shoe department. This role involves greeting and engaging clients, identifying their needs, and providing tailored product recommendations that reflect Neiman Marcus standards of style, service, and hospitality. The Client Advisor will build and maintain long-term client relationships through follow-up communication, outreach, and appointment-based selling, including supporting in-store events and activations. Daily responsibilities include maintaining an organized and visually appealing sales floor, assisting with merchandise presentation, and staying informed on current collections, trends, and product knowledge. The role also includes processing transactions accurately, handling returns or exchanges in line with store policies, and collaborating with team members and managers to meet or exceed sales and service goals. Qualifications Strong client-facing skills, including Client Relations and Customer Satisfaction, with a focus on building trust and long-term loyalty. Demonstrated excellence in Customer Service and Communication, with the ability to engage diverse clients in a professional, welcoming manner. Comfort working within store policies and procedures, including topics such as Insurance or protection plans where applicable to the role. Previous retail, luxury, or fashion sales experience preferred, especially in footwear or apparel. Ability to work on-site, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as business requires. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering high-touch service. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
