Role Overview
The Senior Sales Lead serves as a frontline sales leader within the studio, supporting daily sales operations and providing leadership, coaching, and guidance to Sales Associates. This role focuses on day-to-day execution, team support, and sales floor leadership, helping ensure a consistent, high-quality member experience and strong sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Floor Support
- Act as the primary point of contact for Sales Associates
- Lead daily sales floor operations to ensure smooth execution and coverage
- Support membership sales, conversions, and retention efforts
- Assist with member questions, objections, and escalations as needed
- Model StretchLab sales best practices and brand standards at all times
Coaching & Development
- Provide real-time coaching, feedback, and guidance to Sales Associates
- Assist with onboarding and training of new Sales Associates
- Reinforce sales scripts, processes, and service expectations
- Support ongoing skill development through observation and role modeling
Operational Support
- Assist with daily scheduling and ensure proper front desk coverage
- Support execution of promotions, campaigns, and studio initiatives
- Ensure front desk presentation, cleanliness, and organization meet brand standards
- Help maintain a positive, collaborative team environment
Administrative & Communication Support
- Assist Sales Manager with tracking daily sales activity and key performance indicators
- Communicate updates, challenges, and opportunities to the Sales Manager
- Support compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience required; fitness, wellness, or membership-based sales preferred
- Prior leadership or team lead experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to coach, motivate, and support peers in a leadership capacity
- Professional, positive, and solution-oriented attitude
40 hours per week
