Position Overview:
Are you a skilled bartender with a flair for creativity and a passion for delivering exceptional service? We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a bartender, where you'll have the opportunity to showcase your mixology expertise and elevate our hospitality to new heights.

This position is for our Old Town location.

Responsibilities:

Craft premium cocktails and beverages using top-shelf spirits and fresh, high-quality ingredients
Engage with guests in a friendly and enthusiastic manner, providing recommendations and personalized service
Collaborate with the bar team and management to develop innovative cocktail recipes and seasonal drink specials
Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to all safety and sanitation standards
Work closely with kitchen staff and servers to ensure seamless communication and efficient service
Stay informed about industry trends and new product offerings to continuously enhance the beverage program
Bring a "can do", upbeat, positive and infectious personality

Requirements:

Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced restaurant or bar setting
Extensive knowledge of premium spirits, cocktail techniques, and flavor profiles
Passion for mixology and a creative approach to drink development
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing memorable guest experiences
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
Must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid alcohol service certification
MUST HAVE FRIDAY, SATURDAY AND SUNDAY AVAILABILITY
