Quality Management Specialist

Minimum qualifications: -

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, Manufacturing, or equivalent practical experience.

- 3 years of experience working in semiconductor manufacturing or wafer fabrication (fab) environments.

- Experience writing and maintaining controlled documentation including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WIs), and process documentation.

- Experience conducting internal audits and supporting audit readiness activities.

- Experience working cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Process Engineering, Equipment Engineering, and Operations teams.

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience supporting manufacturing quality systems within semiconductor operations.

- Experience supporting ISO 9001 compliance activities in semiconductor manufacturing.

- Experience with semiconductor manufacturing systems such as MES, training compliance systems, or document control platforms.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

About the job As a Quality Management Specialist, you will support quality and compliance activities within semiconductor manufacturing operations. You will work closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Training, and Quality teams to ensure manufacturing processes meet internal quality standards, customer requirements, and operational compliance expectations. You will help drive continuous improvement initiatives, maintain audit readiness, support manufacturing investigations, and ensure controlled documentation and training systems remain compliant within a semiconductor fab environment.

Responsibilities

- Maintain and improve quality procedures, SOPs, work instructions, and manufacturing records for semiconductor operations.

- Support internal and external audit activities to ensure compliance with quality standards and semiconductor manufacturing requirements.

- Monitor manufacturing quality metrics, defect trends, yield indicators, and compliance performance.

- Support operator training certification tracking and audit readiness activities.

- Generate reports and dashboards related to quality performance, manufacturing compliance, and continuous improvement metrics.

- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on semiconductor manufacturing quality and operational excellence.
