How You’ll Serve Our Patients As a clinical professional at ERC Pathlight, you will be part of a team that delivers hands-on treatment and support to our patients across various centers nationwide. Your responsibilities include: Performing initial nursing assessments for new patients Developing individualized treatment plans Transcribing, identifying, dispersing, and documenting medications administered to patients Transcribing and forwarding doctors’ orders as indicated Reviewing and signing off on orders transcribed by others Supervising patient transfers between units or facilities Communicating with the medical team and patients to facilitate care, including leading shift reports Ensuring laboratory and diagnostic tests are completed appropriately Performing blood draws for fasting or emergency testing Understanding the bio-psycho-social etiology and treatment of eating disorders within the program framework Must Haves At least 1 year of psychiatric or medical nursing experience Active state LPN license How We Invest In You From day one, ERC Pathlight supports your role through ongoing training, continuing education, and opportunities for internal growth, recognizing that every team member is vital to our high-quality care commitment.
