The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Atlas Behavioral Services & Consulting is responsible for delivering and overseeing high-quality, individualized behavior analytic services for children and families across clinic, home, school, and community settings. This role includes conducting assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and ensuring all services are delivered in alignment with BACB standards and best practices.

The BCBA will analyze client data to drive clinical decision-making, monitor progress, and adjust programming to ensure meaningful outcomes. This position also requires ongoing collaboration with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to support skill development and generalization across environments.

In addition to clinical responsibilities, the BCBA will maintain accurate and timely documentation, ensure compliance with insurance and organizational requirements, and contribute to staff training, program development, and overall quality improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strong clinical leader who is organized, proactive, and committed to delivering ethical, compassionate, and results-driven care.
