Custodian/Pressure Washer - Part-time

Schedule: Tuesday to Friday, Floater Pay: $20/hour Must have a valid driver’s license Pressure washer experience is a must What You’ll Do Cleaning & Maintenance: Sweep, mop, vacuum floors, and wipe down surfaces, including desks, tables, and counters. Clean and disinfect restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors. Restocking Supplies: Keep restrooms stocked with essentials such as toilet paper, soap, and paper towels. Monitor supply levels across the facility. Floor Care: Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors. Safety & Security: Identify safety hazards and report them to the supervisor. Maintain a secure and safe environment for building occupants. Customer Service: Provide courteous, helpful assistance to staff, visitors, and team members, creating a positive and welcoming environment. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and a team player. To succeed in this role, you should have: Experience: At least one year of janitorial or cleaning experience. Preferred: at least one year of pressure washing experience. Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Skills: Ability to use cleaning equipment and knowledge of safety protocols; work independently while interacting courteously with others. Physical Requirements: Ability to walk, stand, and lift up to 25 lbs. Comfortable using basic cleaning tools and equipment. Safety First Safety is our top priority at Verde.
