HR Generalist / HR Business Partner (Hybrid San Antonio, TX)

Mosaic Human Capital Solutions is seeking an experienced bilingual (English/Spanish) HR professional to support multiple client organizations across a variety of industries. This role will serve as a hands-on HR partner, providing day-to-day HR support, employee relations guidance, compliance oversight, and operational HR execution. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy, and working closely with business leaders in a consulting-style environment.

Key responsibilities include serving as the primary HR point of contact for assigned client organizations, providing guidance on employee relations matters, drafting and reviewing disciplinary actions, policies, and employee communications, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, supporting onboarding, offboarding, and full employee lifecycle processes, partnering with leadership on organizational and workforce planning needs, assisting with payroll coordination, benefits administration, and HRIS support as needed, conducting workplace investigations and documenting findings, supporting safety, compliance, and risk mitigation efforts, and identifying and implementing improvements to HR processes and policies.

Qualifications include 35+ years of HR experience, fluency in both English and Spanish, experience in employee relations and workplace investigations, a solid understanding of employment law and HR compliance, experience supporting operations, construction, manufacturing, or similar environments, the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities, strong written and verbal communication skills, and comfort operating in a fast-paced, consulting-style environment. Experience with HR systems (Paycom, or similar preferred).

Work environment and schedule include a hybrid role based in San Antonio, TX, a flexible schedule (part-time or full-time, depending on candidate), a combination of remote work and occasional on-site visits.
