WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Prospecting and client acquisition: Identify and secure new business relationships, pitching SRG's value proposition with confidence
• Relationship building: Forge lasting client partnerships and make sure staffing needs are met with precision and care
• Strategic planning: Craft growth plans that align with SRG's expansion objectives across the market
• Market research: Stay ahead of market trends, competitive landscapes, and evolving client needs
• Collaboration: Partner with our recruiting team to deliver solutions that make clients say \"wow\"
• Presentation and proposal: Prepare and deliver captivating presentations and winning proposals
• Sales management: Own the pipeline and drive performance against financial targets

WHAT YOU BRING

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field — or equivalent experience in the art of deal-making
• 5+ years of business development or sales experience within the staffing industry
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• A proven track record of hitting sales targets and growing client accounts
• A strategic mindset and the resilience to thrive in a fast-paced environment
