These complex market dynamics are requiring new levels of rigor and insight in business strategy development and problem-solving, both domestically and globally.We are looking for practitioners who will work alongside Life Sciences organizations from bio-technology firms to global big pharma to medical devices, to drive business value through end-to-end delivery of solutions based on strategy development for heart of business issues.QualificationsRequired:6+ years of experience in consulting or industry within Life Sciences, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical device, or another regulated industry6+ years of experience supporting marketing transformation or technology implementation programs5+ years of experience with marketing technology platforms such as Veeva Vault PromoMats, Adobe, or Salesforce1+ years of experience with Generative Artificial Intelligence, large language models, or artificial intelligence and machine learning conceptsExperience supporting content supply chain processes, including content creation, medical, legal, and regulatory review, publishing, or measurementAbility to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.Preferred:Experience with customer data platforms, customer relationship management platforms, or other marketing technology platformsCertifications in Adobe or Salesforce platformsExperience with modular content or taxonomy designExperience supporting proposals, request for proposal responses, or client presentationsExperience applying Agile methodologies in transformation or technology implementation programsThe wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
