CloudPay Spanish Payroll Implementation Specialist

CloudPay is hiring a Spanish Payroll Implementation Specialist to join our collaborative team in Barcelona, with hybrid or remote working options available. In this role, you will lead and support Spanish payroll implementations from setup through to go-live. You will ensure payroll data is accurate, processes are correctly configured, and all statutory requirements are met. Working hands-on with payroll calculations, reconciliations, and validations, you'll help deliver smooth, compliant payrolls for new clients.

Main Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end Spanish payroll processing during implementation projects
• Support implementation of CloudPay's payroll platform for Spanish clients
• Validate and reconcile payroll data to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies in line with Spanish legislation
• Prepare payroll reports, tax filings, and statutory documentation
• Support client onboarding, payroll setup, testing, and parallel runs
• Partner with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition into operations
• Support payroll release testing and process improvements

Experience Needed for This Role

• Strong experience in end-to-end Spanish payroll processing (implementation experience preferred)
• Fluent Spanish and English communication skills
• Solid knowledge of Spanish payroll legislation and statutory reporting (Siltr@, AEAT, SEPE, Contrat@, Certific@, CAT365, Delt@)
• Experience with payroll implementation and client delivery
• Proficiency in Wolters Kluwer A3NOM (required)
• Experience with SUMMAR Labour software (preferred)
• Strong Excel and organizational skills
