The Role As a Leasing Agent at Twill Centennial Crossing, you’ll be the face of the community — the first impression for prospective residents and a key part of the day-to-day operation. You’ll work closely with the Community Manager and gain hands-on experience in leasing, administration, reporting, and financial functions. This role is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow in property management. What You’ll Do Conduct engaging, personable tours of our homes and community, connecting with prospects to understand their needs and match them to the right floor plan. Follow up on internet and phone leads promptly to set appointments and drive leasing velocity. Process rental applications, lease paperwork, and renewals accurately and efficiently using ResMan software. Check curb appeal and home readiness each morning to ensure the community is always show‑ready. Stay knowledgeable about the community, local neighborhood, and market conditions — and share insights to help optimize performance. Maintain an active and creative social media presence to support marketing efforts. Comply with all federal, state, and local fair housing laws and company policies. Support the Community Manager with additional duties as needed. What We’re Looking For Dynamic, self‑motivated personality with strong sales instincts and a natural ability to build rapport quickly. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interacting with residents in a professional, warm, and service-oriented manner. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through without constant direction. Creative thinker with solid social media skills. Professional appearance and demeanor at all times. Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred. 1+ years of leasing agent experience preferred. Lease‑up experience is a strong plus. ResMan software experience preferred. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and some evenings. $15–$18/hr base pay + leasing commissions #J-18808-Ljbffr Tulsa Property Group
